Salmon [Message #1]

whatcha need.
Salmon steak. One steak feeds 2 or 3 people
1 red bell pepper
parmasean cheese
aluminum foil

wash salmon lay on double layer of foil. Thin slice bell pepper and layer over salmon, coat with parmasean cheese. fold up edges of foil and fold over the top of salmon so it traps all the moisture. Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes. Eat...

basicaly.... Kinda like a shallow dish pan with attached lid, not makeing contact so the cheese doesn't stick to it.
